We are seeking a fully remote Marketing Specialist, to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence.

As the Marketing Lead, you will develop and manage a variety of marketing assets and campaigns to position our brand as a leader in the industry. Your work will directly contribute to business growth and customer engagement by:

• Crafting compelling press releases and advertisements.
• Generating data sheets, presentations, and email campaigns tailored to target audiences.
• Keeping social media channels vibrant with consistent updates and creative content.
• Coordinating trade shows, from scheduling to booth logistics, and display design, with graphics support.
• Collaborating on website updates to ensure accurate, engaging, and current content

• Trade Shows & Conferences: Coordinate logistics, prepare displays, and lead pre-event kickoff meetings.
• Content Creation: Work closely with business development and engineering teams to design collateral materials aligned with marketing strategies.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with suppliers and vendors to manage booth shipments, advertisements, and marketing material distribution.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all marketing materials meet trade compliance regulations.
• Website Excellence: Maintain and enhance the website, updating content as needed.

• Experience: 4+ years in supporting marketing activities within Aerospace, Defense or similar component manufacturing markets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Event Expertise: Hands-on experience coordinating and attending trade shows and conferences.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Publisher, presentation development tools, and web maintenance experience.
• Content Mastery: Exceptional writing skills for press releases and marketing copy.
• Social media: Proven track record in advertising and marketing via social platforms.
• Advertising Knowledge: Experience creating and managing both virtual and print advertisements.
