Internal Job Title: Finisher B 

Job Location: Williamsport, PA 

Under minimum supervision and in accordance with established procedures, prepares and applies paint and other finishes to surfaces of manufactured products to meet critical finish specifications. Operates equipment such as grit blasters, spray guns, spray booths, paint agitators and regulators while using appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Masks and grit blasts parts or assemblies prior to applying conformal coatings per verbal and written instructions.
• Mixes paints to proper consistency and color.
• Spray paints parts and assemblies with conformal coatings per written specifications or verbal instructions.
• Cleans, maintains and repairs spray guns and other tools.
• Maintains clean work area at all times.
• Wears and maintains personal protective equipment at all times.
• Inventories and maintains supply of chemicals and paints.
• Perform duties in Fittings areas, as required, related to preparation of parts/assemblies for painting.

• Combination of formal training in paints application procedures and related experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and to communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma required
• Good mechanical skills.
