Associate, Field Engineer

Job Title: Associate, Field Engineer 

Job Location: Williamsport, PA 

Assist manufacturing with problem solving and with new projects in order to ensure that manufacturing processes are in control and documented.  To be focused mainly in the areas of Testing Microwave devices.

• On site Test/Fittings support and Field Service support 
• Support the creation and update of test and aging procedures for : High Power Ring Bar, Helix and coupled cavity TWTs with primary focus on high power ring Bar TWTs.  
• Support/Coordinate the maintenance and up keep of test equipment both for hot and cold test standards.
• Responsible for the maintenance of hot and cold test standards.
• Train Testers/Fitters on the following product lines: High Power Ring Bar, Helix and coupled cavity TWTs with primary focus on high power ring Bar TWTs.
• Support testing of development tubes and subsequent transfer into production.
• On an as needed basis support operations in testing of production tubes.

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years experience required.
