Overview

Job Title: Quality Administrator 

Job Location: Torrance, CA
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/yr 

 

Stellant Systems is seeking a full-time, 100% onsite Quality Administrator at our Torrance, CA site. In this entry-level role, you will support the Quality Department across all activities to include  maintaining the training database  and providing administrative support to the Quality team.

Responsibilities

Compliance and Audit Support:

  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support corrective and preventative action (CAPA) processes.
  • Track and manage non-conformances and their resolutions.

QMS Maintenance and Administration:

  • Maintain and update the QMS, including policies, procedures, and templates, ensuring it's current and accurate.
  • Manage document control processes, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
  • Prepare reports on QMS performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations on QMS procedures and best practices.
  • Provide technical support to staff on QMS-related issues.
  • Act as the focal point for Training database and training records including content updates.
  • Support trainers in setting up classrooms, updating trainings, and managing past due trainings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality team, including scheduling, data entry, record-keeping, and creating routine reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Up to 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards (ideally AS9100; ISO 9001 ok).
  • Experience with electronic QMS systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Litmos Software or other corporate training solutions.
  • Experience with internal audit procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
