Overview

Job Title: Proposal Management Assocaite

Job Location: Remote (Must be on Eastern time zone)

 

Stellant Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can lead and manage the proposal development process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate proposal efforts, accuracy, and timely submission of proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead and manage proposal teams with minimal supervision
  • Assist with all phases of proposal development from RFP receipt through final submission
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to compile cost, schedule, and technical components in alignment with RFP specifications
  • Analyze and interpret RFP requirements and instructions to ensure full compliance
  • Lead proposal review meetings and facilitate internal approvals
  • Assist with the proposal submission

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
  • 3-4 years of proposal management experience (preferably in the Aerospace and Defense Sector)
  • Experience in responding to government and large government OEM requests for proposals (preferred)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate at a high level of performance and within cross-functional teams
  • Strong team collaboration and mission-first approach
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling ad-hoc requests on short notice
  • Professional, mission-driven, and team-oriented mindset
