Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator

Job Location: Torrance, CA
Salary: $20.00-$25.00/hr DOE

 

As a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant here at Stellant Systems you will provide essential administrative support to our supply chain team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will assist with coordinating supply chain activities, managing documentation, and supporting communication between various departments and external partners.

You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll be required to work on-site at our Torrance, CA facility.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes by providing timely and accurate administrative support, helping to maintain seamless operations and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records such as Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA), Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs), Supplier onboarding forms, etc.
  • Support communication and collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers or customers.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations related to supply chain performance.
  • Regularly review and clean up supply chain ERP data to ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to support various supply chain activities such as order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma  and 1 year of relevant experience supporting supply chain preferably in aerospace manufacturing
